Bulgogi is one of Korean most famous cuisine that well known all over the world from Europe till American. This Korean cuisine well known as less fat. most people like this green food.
Normally the Korean eat this cuisine by warping the bulgogi on the green vegetables and ate it.
So what is the Bulgogi mean? Bulgogi is combine of two words Bul and gogi. Bul mean fire and gogi mean meat. This healthy cuisine is easy to be prepared and it good your health. What you need to be prepare for cooking this great cuisine are as below:
ingredients:
1 lb of thinly sliced sirloin beef (rib eye)
4 tsp of sugar
4 tsp of soy dark sauce
2 buds of chopped garlic
1 bud of onion sliced
1/4 tsp of salt
5 tsp of dry wine /white wine
2 tsp of sesame oil
2-4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 cup of sliced green onion
1. Mix all above ingredients except the toasted sesame seeds. Marinate it, put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
2. Add about 2 spoon olive oil on the wok then cook it over the medium heat until the meat just short to desired completion. After well cooked took it out and serve on the plane plate then spread the toasted sesame seeds on it
3. serve with rice and salad vegetables.
