Taboo That Could not do in Chinese New Year Celebration

Chinese New Year just left 1 week to go actually on the 26th of January 2009, Chinese from all over the world will celebrate Chinese New Year and well known as The Spring Festival, and all of families member will coming to their parent house for this special occasion. This family reunion in Chinese known as "tuan yuan".

To welcoming this special occasion the families member will goes for this new year's eve dinner. This occasion can do in each families house or for some person that loaded they will reserve dinner for this special occasion at a famous restaurant.

For the Chinese on the first day of Chinese New Year there also have some taboo that must avoid such as:
1. Sweeping the Floor
2. Speak in no manner, (dirty word is not allow, etc.)
3. Wearing Old cloths
4. Wash your hair
5. Dropping some fragile thing. (such like glass, plate, etc.)
6. quarrying, or fighting each other.

And I like to use this wonderful moment to wish all of you Happy Chinese New Year "Gong Xi Fa Chai"
