As what I know from marketing book, many of marketing Guru said, "Today market is repeatedly changing and very fast". And the consumer also have changed, in today era consumer more demand on collaboration of product , service ,price, and even a product design.
in new era marketing we can seen on TV, online news. Many multinational producen before the launching their latest product to market, fist of all the will do such call Seminar of Presentation of the latest product. what new in their product?.
so what we need to do? to make the customer keep coming back buying from us?
